The take-home asset

Hand a client a report — in your brand, not ours.

Clarion already reads Parliament, the legislatures, the registries and the tenders every night. White-Label Reports turn that live data into a document a client can read: a weekly legislative digest, a per-client briefing, or an issue one-pager — rendered in your firm's name, logo, accent colour, and footer. Export it as a native, editable Word document, or print it to PDF from a clean, print-styled page.

Honest mechanics: there is no server-side PDF renderer yet — “PDF” today means the browser's own Save-as-PDF over a print-styled view, not a one-click server file. The .docx is native and editable, with your firm's name in the letterhead; embedding the logo image inside the Word file is a follow-up (the in-app and PDF views already show the logo). And nothing here is AI-generated — the report is your workspace data, laid out.

Three templates, one source

The reports a GR team actually sends.

Every template renders from the same live workspace data — your topics, your matches, your clients, the records Clarion read last night. Pick a template, set the scope, and the document is built from what's true right now. Change a topic and the next render reflects it; there's no stale copy to update by hand.

  • Weekly legislative digest — a default 7-day lookback across the files you track, grouped and dated.
  • Per-client briefing — scoped to one client's topics, ready to forward under your name.
  • Issue one-pager — a single file or theme on one page, for a meeting or a leave-behind.
  • All three carry your workspace brand: name, logo, accent colour, custom footer.

What the reports do

Live data in, a client-ready document out.

You're already in Clarion to read the file. A report is the same data, laid out for someone who isn't — generated on demand, branded as yours, exported in the format the recipient expects. No copy-paste into a deck, no rebuilding the same digest every Friday.

01Rendered from live data

Built from what's true right now.

Open a report and it renders from current workspace data — the topics you track, the matches graded last night, the bills and registrations and tenders behind them. It's deterministic: the same data lays out the same way every time, and a fresh view always reflects the latest. Nothing is cached into a document you'd have to regenerate to trust.

02Three templates

Digest, briefing, or one-pager.

The weekly legislative digest defaults to a 7-day lookback across every file you track. The per-client briefing scopes to a single client's topics, ready to forward. The issue one-pager puts one file or theme on a single page. Same data, three shapes — pick the one the moment calls for.

03Your brand, every time

Your firm's name, logo, accent, footer.

The report wears your workspace brand, pulled from your settings: your firm's name, a custom logo (served over https), an accent colour from a safe, vetted palette, and a footer you write. The client sees your masthead and your colours on the cover and the running header — never Clarion's. Set it once; every report inherits it.

04Word or PDF

Export editable Word, or print to PDF.

Export a native .docx and keep editing it in Word — add a note, cut a section, sign it off. Or open the print-styled view and use your browser's Save-as-PDF for a clean, paginated file. The .docx carries your firm's name in the letterhead today; the in-app and PDF views also show your logo. Bilingual: the document renders in English or French.

How the export actually works

Two formats, and the exact line where each one stops.

We'd rather you know the edges than discover them on a deadline. The PDF path is the browser's own Save-as-PDF over a document we style for print — there is no server that renders a PDF for you, so a print dialog is part of it. The .docx is a real, editable Word file with your firm's name in the letterhead; embedding the logo image inside the Word document is still on the list — for now the logo shows in the in-app and PDF views, and the .docx names your firm in text. Neither format uses AI: the words are your data, arranged.

Need a PDF to email? Open the report, print, choose Save as PDF — clean and paginated. Need to edit before sending? Export the .docx and open it in Word. Same live data, your brand, whichever the recipient expects.

Why it matters

The report is the part a client ever sees.

Your client doesn't log into Clarion — they read what you send. A report in your brand, rendered from data you can stand behind, is the deliverable the whole subscription pays for. That's the side this builds.

Your brand01

The client sees your firm, not your tooling.

Your name on the masthead, your logo on the cover, your colours throughout, your footer at the bottom. The intelligence is Clarion's; the document is yours. The recipient never needs to know which platform read the file.

Always current02

Every report reflects last night's read.

Because a report renders from live data, the Friday digest is built on Thursday night's ingest — not a template someone forgot to refresh. The document is never older than the data behind it.

No AI to caveat03

Your data, laid out — nothing to fact-check.

The report text is the records themselves, arranged into a template — not a model's summary you'd then have to verify. What's on the page is what's in the registry, the order paper, the tender. No hallucination surface, no disclaimer to bury.

Send the file, in your brand, tomorrow morning.

Start free, set your firm's name, logo, and accent, and the first weekly digest renders from your live data on the spot — export it as an editable Word file or print it to PDF. No demo gate to see the report.
